DOMESTIC SHIPPING & STORE PICKUP
Domestic USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail: Rates based on shipping supply costs & shipping weight calculated per United States Postal Service guidelines. Tracking included. Insurance is extra upon request.
Domestic USPS First Class: Option available for SIX OR LESS Magic Bean Tarts/Melts, Whiff packs & perfume oil bottles, and jewelry ONLY. All other combinations must choose priority.
***If more cost effective for your purchase, Good Judy will utilize Priority Flat Rate shipping and refund you the difference as soon as your package ships.
Store Pick Up: Orders may be picked up, free of charge, at Good Judy's Book Nook Boutique located at 329 New Leicester Highway, Asheville 28806 from 11am-6pm, 7 days a week. You will receive a notification email when your order is ready.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International (First Class): Shipping costs are based on shipping supply cost & shipping weight calculated per United States Postal Service guidelines.
***International First Class has a maximum weight of 4 pounds. Anything over must go International Priority. If your order exceeded 4 pounds, you may choose International Priority shipping or place separate orders.
!IMPORTANT! International customers please read: To keep your shipping costs affordable, Good Judy uses first class international shipping. International shipping does not offer tracking for first class rates. All international packages will have a USPS customs form with a number provided to you in an email once package is shipped. This number can be entered in the tracking box at USPS.com and shows when and where package was shipped. Unfortunately, unless your country scans the item when it is received, the package cannot be tracked other than to show the package was shipped. Please remember, Good Judy is not responsible for items held up in customs.
Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Good Judy for domestic or international delivery via United States Postal Service are purchased pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that title and risk of loss for such items pass to the customer upon Good Judy's delivery to the carrier.
Upon Good Judy's delivery to the carrier, postage has been paid and package is ready for you to receive. Purchaser is solely responsible for any additional fees, customs fees, tariffs or penalties. Good Judy cannot be responsible for exchange rates and your liability to pay your country's fees.
Processing Times: All of Good Judy's products are made to order. Because of this, processing times could take up to 14 business days. Shipping times begin after the product has actually shipped. We will update your order status as soon as your order has shipped. Good Judy is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to honor returns, refunds, or exchanges. However, Good Judy would be nothing without our fabulous customers, so we will do what we can to satisfy our fans!
