WHAT THE FUTURE HOLDS

Good Judy is expanding our local (Asheville NC) retail market. GJ products will be available in 5 brick and mortar stores around Asheville (details to follow).

While perfume oils will always be our first and foremost priority, focus will be placed on creating quality artisan soaps, bath oils, lotions, bath salts, body scrubs, and more for our retail venues. From this day forth, all of the products made available on the website will be produced in specific quantities and, once they are sold out, will remain sold out until more are made. From here on out, the only products that will be made-to-order are Create Your Own: Custom Perfume oils and, from time to time, there will be made-to-order Limited Edition perfume oils available as well.

WHIFFS

Due to all remaining Good Judy products being produced in specific quantities from here on out, Whiffs (samples sizes) are no longer available.

DING DONG THE DRAMA-LLAMA IS DEAD

It seems that every newsletter/update has had some kind of explanation or excuse pertaining to Good Judy drama this past year…and there has been a lot…one thing after another…more than my fair share. That ends now. I own my part in the drama that has taken place and have let go of the drama that was beyond my control. For those who are not aware, I won my lawsuit against the USPS (as of this month). The USPS drama has been an 8 month ordeal and has been the largest factor in the plummeting quality of Good Judy’s service in the past year. The damage caused to my business and my psyche was almost too much to deal with. I tried my best to rise above it, but more time than not, I let it get the best of me. That is where I dropped the ball. Now that the major part is over, to the best of my ability, I am committed to rectifying any issues said drama has caused my customers. Today is a brand new day. I am committed to getting Good Judy back to basics and I am completely and wholeheartedly dedicated to continuing Good Judy for as long as there is a demand for it.

RIKKI-TIKKI-TAVI: Rudyard Kipling’s “Rikki-Tikki-Tavi” is a short story from "The Jungle Book" published in 1894. Over 100 years old, the story has been told and re-told for generations and has been one of my favorites since I was a child. Although a short story, Rikki-Tikki-Tavi is full of action and adventure, tenderness and truth. A delightful read!
